Love Hope Care understands that not every participant requires the same level of care. Our Intensive Home Care Services are designed to help Participants with complex cases that require more complex care needs.
Love Hope Care has highly trained registered nurses who can coordinate the delivery of care services for participants with complex needs in a home setting.
Our nurses are trained in the delivery of High Intensity supports such as;
- Complex Bowel Care
- Urinary catheters
- Wound management
- Enteral / tube Feeding and Management
- Subcutaneous injection
